Im now hearing that contractors have been paid late for the past few weeks. Millions of pounds is owed to its contractors. Not looking good.

I certainly dont agree that we should just take our losses on the chin. The only reason this company is suspended is the managements incompetence. I am more than happy to chip in towards investigation costs. Hopefully it wont come to this.

Its about time we visted these morons. Oliver is sitting comfortable earning money and for what? Whats left of our investments is being spent. Ive heard Oliver is off on a really nice holiday soon and guess whos paying for it. Its very very obvious that absolutely nothing is happening. These guys were ramping TEA all the way up to suspension. Jason cant be bothered and is spending his time on other business adventures and Oli is doing nothing and both are being paid.

Lets be honest none of the twats who run this company give a ****e about you and your money. They even ramped it up just days prior to the company being suspended. Theres a good chance that you will never see your investment again so it will be interesting to see your thoughts if this turns out to be the case.

I run 3 seperate companies and i employ around 32 staff. Theres only so long a member of staff can be just a nice bloke. You mention poor investment decisions. Not sure this conversation has anything to do with investing decisions. What is Olived doing to justify his salary. Ive not seen much. A couple of meetings down the pub, the odd tweet but anything meaningful is JDs department. Sounds like a useless Puppet to me.

It cant be difficult to teach someone who wants to learn the ropes. Offer them the opportunity based on commision. The news on the 5th feb confirmed that we are looking at an RTO only. Oliver immediately tweeted confirming that the RTO we are looking at was an attractive proposition. Gametech Plc was formed on the 14th Jan with JD as a director. Gametech is a mobile app developer. Seems obvious that TEA will become Gametech PLC and TFSL will carry on as a subsidiary of Gametech. Can only be good for us shareholders.

An RTO seems to make sense. Surely this would be great for us TEA share holders ???

I have a feeling we are close to some big news. New brokers and global expansion of App.

Surely a RTO of the Teathers App is a paper exercise. As someone else stated most here bought in for the App, so personally i dont get why we should have any issues. I think the management are looking to expand the App internationally prior to any RTO and will then raise furthur finance on relaunch.

Spoke to Shard via email this morning and was told payments can only be processed during office hours. Surely this concept requires payments to clear immediately. They are unable to allocate any more shares in this ipo. Im a little gutted ive missed out on this one.

I tried investing last night in the ipo but my funds did not clear into my account until this morning. Ive sent an email suggesting funds should clear immediately when the buying window is so tiny and often over night. I have asked if more shares can be made avaliable in this ipo

Do any of these silly 'little' trolls understand the concept of a START UP? So far(in a short period of time with low cash burn) the TEA App has signed up its 1st Broker, They have ironed out software and legal issues, They have offered PIs the chance to participate in 1 ipo and 2 placings. The Tech works. The brokers that DONT offer PIs this tech WILL be left behind as PIs are sick of missing out. PIs will simply move to brokers offering their customers this service. This tech is beneficial to the Broker, The company doing the placing, and the PI. As we move in to next year I am certain that several brokers will sign up and the ipo' s and placings will become frequent. The amounts to be raised through our app will rise as more PIs and brokers join. Crowdfunding especially on a simple to use mobile app is the future.
