I sincerely hope you are right but the time has come where my optimism has diminished and the light at the end of the tunnel is flickering out. Ive lost confidence and faith in the BOD. Cherokee I have been informed from a reliable source that they did encounter a problem after hitting the water table. I understand this is not a big issue and was expected.
