Ha ha Ferret. Time will tell. I couldnt afford another big write off so personally this isnt a killer for me. Feel for everyone with a high average. My usual policy is a 10 percent gain then get out. I will be lucky if that happens here as I will be looking for a price of around 27p. No hurry though, I can wait. Hope it hasnt hit you too hard. GLA

Ferret I dont think its a damn good deal but given the options available its as good as we were going to get. Im going to hold, I can see this making money.

what was the alternative ? To be hugely diluted so the shares are worth Jack ! I will take this option, its not a wipeout and theres a good chance of recovering some losses in the medium- long term. They seem to know what they are doing so Im sticking here. Infact ive just bought more. GLA

as it stands im 103k down on PMO. horrendous as you say. You win some you lose some. Im hoping for a big turn around. The rewards could be huge. I ploughed the rest of my money into another 'safer' stock so the next 3 years will be S**t or bust. As stated earlier I lost massively on SXX due to greed and blind faith. It wont happen again ! SK. i thought you were putting 100k into PMO this week ? Or pondering putting it in. Bet you are pleased you held off now. Horrendous few weeks for us all on here but tbh most sectors are taking a bashing. Had an awful week business wise due to Covid. I just hope we get some guidance and good news soon on that front. Lots of people will be struggling financially, mentally and physically on the run in to xmas. Im now firmly of the opinion to shield and look after those susceptible and in need and the rest of us crack on. I heard the average age of covid deaths is in excess of 80 years of age. Is anyone on here able to confirm this. Sorry for the rant, I like others just want to move on.

All at sea its difficult to remain positive but im a glass half full type of person. Despite all of this going on its a great time to get in on some ridiculously low share prices. Its just picking the right ones. GLA

DBNO. Why do you constantly feel we need a minute by minute update on price of oil. We all know it is struggling. Sooner or later the powers that be will manipulate the oil price to recover their economies. It may be a survival of the strongest/fittest companies and we (shareholders) may get our rewards. Just sit back and relax. Top up if you can in this economic climate. At some point it will get better. Hopefully we will all be around to get our rewards. Be positive !!!

Lukewise Ferret Im down over 100k on this one. Shell has also crippled me. Only consolation is these losses have been offset by Nvidia and a couple of others. Im tempted to go all in on oil in the near future as I cant see it going much lower now. My hunches have mostly aerved me well. Im looking long on oil so here goes !!!

Against my better judgement I have bought more. My rule has always been never to catch a falling knife. Im making an exception on this occasion. For better or for worse !!! GLA
