a quick look at the charts might have given you a clue of the sp direction/buying selling condition _ I make use of some indicators (e.g. overbought - oversold, RSI crossovers, etc) which when there are certain conditions and no news imminent can help with overcoming FOMO - worth getting an idea of how they may benefit you - unless you do the same already. AIMO DYOR.

or you could buy some units in a fund like Smith & Williamson Global Gold & Resources Class B Income (other funds are available) - let someone else do the hard work - good returns there. AI & Tech related funds are still doing very well too.
