Very interesting - many seen it before me since 17 Dec 22 though :-))

Are we who are invested in this stock missing something fundamental ?
Low volume(s) - are we that far ahead of the game that we have v.poor volume - that new retailers and II's have yet to have the sense to invest in such a seemingly fundamentally sensible investment - or are we the only ones not seeing the possibility that we may have missed something that the market knows about - but we do not ?
Have we been duped or has 'the market' yet to realise the potential in this stock even after much promotion of this mine by the retail investors.
As I have done for EMH so for VRS (an UK graphene company sp was -15% today for 'no apparent reason' !!) - is this stock going to become 'down for no apparent reason' like so many in cor*upt LSE:AIM ??

European BEV manufacturers not sounding as though they are committed to the kind of ESG credentials that we promote - I think that there will be a critical point in the supply chain timeline where a decision will be forced to be made for our and that the risk is that it may be too late while the Chinese (probably via S. America too) rush in like a tidal wave to close gaps in the battery supply chain - it will be EUK/UK politicians that will have failed their communities once again because of bureaucratic time lags . The battery pack cost / EV really needs to be cheaper for the average consumer to consider EV purchases. I think that in the PFS $17k/t is realistic at this stage but nearer $100k/t is certainly not - even though there is a shortage - greed may come to haunt the EU BEV supply chain - but a reduction must occur in 2023 - perhaps around the $50k/t which will still mean great fortune for Cinovec. Alternative tech labs are working hard - lithium just being the catalyst for EV disruption - other battery chemistries / solutions are coming out of the lab and maybe with us sooner than we think.

You'd think that KC would have plenty of time whilst on long haul flights to fashion a reply - wouldn't you ?
When AIM stock CEOs go quiet it can go either way for the retail investor - more often than not - the wronnnnng way - sadly. So why invest in AIM stocks, some would say - my reply is that part of the learning curve is getting it wrong but there is always that well timed sell - that can bring solid returns.

I am banking on it being so Fx.
This is where blockchain will come into its own - traceability of batteries and its materials even if recycled. Quality of hydroxide+ will have to be tested before the material can be recycled inside the mix from other sources otherwise traceability of quality will be compromised - this requires standards to be established right across the supply chain for continued compliance throughout the material life-cycle, even its disposal.
My view of Li battery fires is due to inferior quality materials or the refining process/fabrication of parts/re-charging methods introducing flaws that become susceptible to a runaway under the right conditions.

KC might be working really hard - but in whose interests. Some on here are allowed to voice their concerns because even though the current data looks exceptional there is no point in dreaming of the £100k+ ROI until the DFS is issued and we have funding to build mine/off-takes agreed.

My exact sentiments too. Even started looking at the specs for the latest Chinese EVs. Of course they see weakness in EU and EU OEMs/Gigas. No green credential risks for EU if they import Chinese batteries containing Chinese refined materials.
Getting a bit cross and confused why the EU is lagging behind the obvious - but then what do we expect from poooliticians.
I see too many patterns like this in aimless AIM and have my worries that this stock may become another bad ROI for the retail investor - but NOT for the II's. As soon as I am able I will leave AIM investments and then demote the concept of having my future in the hands of wicked people.
I continue to make some headway scalping FX - at least then I can blame only myself. If this goes the wrong way after so long a period here as well - I shall ensure bad publicity for AIM and [some] CEOs.
Trying to remain positive is getting tiresome especially when the timelines to DFS is moving to the right. Q1/23 is the big test for this stock IMO.

I will become extremely suspicious if a highly positive announcement is not made very soon to bring the mine into production with EMH not bought out at very cheap sp.
Far too easy to corrupt (mining industry) CEOs with a large pay-off - trust that KC is well principled.

Maybe I am one of the few investors left !!
So what of the downside today - is it not yet cheap enough for a buyout of the 49%er ??????
