· Energy Charter Treaty Barryroe Oil and Gas Field (SEL 1/11)

o The Company continued to engage with other parties, that are qualifying investors under the terms of the Energy Charter Treaty, to advance a claim for compensation for Ireland's refusal to award a Lease Undertaking for the Barryroe Oil and Gas field.

o Working through contracted legal advisers a great deal of information has been provided to a potential third-party litigation funder that has expressed interest in funding the claim.

o A conclusion to this process is expected in the very near future.

o There can, however, be no guarantee of a positive outcome.

And we didn’t even have EG then.

Great news for a Monday morning and should hopefully calm a few nerves.

I do remember Gerry,I’ve been here a long time and have never owned more EOG than I do now.

Hopefully all us long term holders will finally get our reward.

Also worth looking at something like BOR,not much more cash than EOG and no income stream currently but a £95 million market cap.Get EG over the line and we’re hopefully on our way.

I may be wrong but didn’t Will in a previous presentation state that success in EG could be worth up to 23p for EOG.

A long way to go but it does show the potential upside.

It passes the smell test so far with the oil major though.

And at the end of the day they’ll be the ones stumping up the money for upto 3 drills.
