There is a quick 40-50% opportunity in MON.V after yesterday's sellout. It should go back to net cash as soon as they clarify terms in a news release imo.

They trade at 0.29 with 0.41-0.46 in net cash after taking into account all expenses & taxes.

Management owns big % of float & plan on distribute cash in 3 months, even earlier if they do 3 distributions instead of 1...

Seems he's valuing the biggest helium project out there, with 100 billion prospective resources no less, at minus 1 million, as cash is ~5p per share, go figure... (I'm actually amazed Miton + TW + clowns fud lowered this to 7M, not gonna lie).

Yes, they have no revenue, and yes they will have to raise. Guess what, as every fecking explorer out there. And none of them are this cheap, specially relative to GEX colossal resources.

Yes, they spent 3+ million on advance in lead in items + seismic reprocessing + securing drill for December, etc. As expected, drill related expenses always start months in advance of actual drill date. Company said in a news release they are funded for first drill (again, notice it was said not in a video, but in a news release, where legal implications of lying are high stakes).

Seems some clowns are spamming fud hoping to get people to panic & take price down taking advantage of Miton dump momentum in order to buy cheaply. They even saying a raise before drill starts is coming, but would be idiotic to raise before drilling starts given they are funded for it. And once drilling starts, a 7M market cap doesn't make sense if we compare it with any other way smaller projects. 7M doesn't even make any sense now if it wasn't for Miton dump + TW short libel nonsense imo.

They'd get assets seized if they don't pay. Company should be worth more with 2+billion won award than without it. Even if 2+B are discounted to a % for difficulty of collection

Great instrument for speculating short term with no risk as is trading at lows of 52weeks, they are free cash flow positive and all bad news already priced in.

Only thing that changed today is Miton dumping their remaining shares & people panicking when they saw 300k cash on financials when they have in fact £4.5M.

I read only the 1st one purple11 shared on advfn & TW said there's no helium, which is easy to refute as Georgina assets come from 2019's Global Oil&Gas/Global Vanadium/Baraka Energy, and there is no doubt that the Southern Georgina Basin of the Northern Territory has strong helium potential... someone even shared a geo report from 2020 in this forum too.

Second one seems to be about "bosses stealing money" from the company. Would need to read it to comment, but knowing they didn't have a salary cos there wasn't any money in the company until the IPO where they raised just enough for one drill, there seems wouldn't be much to steal from?

In any case not staying here for too long, I'm not playing the drill results, just the spud should be enough to 2x-3x (or way more if it behaves as similar plays with less potential), good enough for me, I won't play the drill lotto ticket so don't care much about management or any other drama long term really.

if both miton dumping a gazillion shares plus winnifrith releasing short report articles & twitter attacks every single day non stop couldn't crash the price we are good imo. this should fly very soon with permit news. winnifrith talking **** starting to get old & looking at the minimal trading volume today seems miton got out of shares/stopped selling already.

market caps of any other explorer on spud date was 5x this, risk was similar, prospective resources on the other hand are 10x larger here...

No, only the ones who held the stock the 16th of February got them. It's impossible to get preferentials any more.

Common shares will get some exposure to the award too, but comparatively is way too small for the risk imo: 50% of the award, +-35% of that for lawyers, another 25% for taxes, minus millionaire performance bonus for management, minus the expected dilution which is going to be probably the main problem here as process will take years... and whatever is left wont be valued at money value as it wont be distributed, I'd expect at least another 20% discount on top.

I think there are better risk reward options with earlier finish lines than the commons: Personally, I sold my AST.L commons and will play the award with the preferentials as I cannot sell them anyway, and moved the cash to Montero Mining MON.V which is trading at $0.21 and should get to $1.5 after an award this year with way less risk in the trial, as their case is a copypaste of the ones already won by IDA.ASX & WINS.V, even lawyers are the same

They're probably the only ones worth holding imo. Holders of preferent shares receive 50% of the award through a dividend. The other 50% is reinvested into the company. Preferent shares are non tradeable. When there are placements and number of common shares increases, number of preferent shares stay the same and do not get diluted.

Just a reminder that the ex-date is today Friday 16th February.

Meaning that one can sell their ordinary AST.L shares and still get the non tradeable dividend preference shares.

The ones who buy today will get only the ordinary AST.L with no dividend share attached. To get them the only option is go back in time and buy yesterday as they are not going to be tradeable.

Just saying that it might be plenty of reasons to sell but not getting paid if they win is not one of them. ICSID is no joke. Is signed by 163 countries. If they refuse to pay, Slovenian assets in any of those countries can and will get seized.
