So this deal is for an estimated 31k ton. Pilot mountain is 34k tons so they have almost doubled the resources size.

And that's on old drilling. New better targeted drilling could add even more.

From the recent RNS.

"The Company is also now in receipt of the phase I garnet metallurgical results and is in the process of compiling those and will release to the market as soon as it is possible to do so."

This could be huge in terms of the profitability of the mine.

If the Garnet is recoverable and can be sold this could add loads to the income and reduce the cost of milling and refining of all the other minerals

They sold down from 6.1% to 4.9 and then add as few as possible to get back over 5%??????
