Agreed. Saudi/OPEC state lower requirements therefore pump less. They need to appease Trump by keeping a lid on price - if this remains $70+ but with no spikes, I imagine this would suit the Saudi's, especially with Aramco float next year.

I've read and researched far more articles that point towards a tightening of oil supplies and hence a higher oil price then any form of oversupply for the remainder of this year and well into 2019. DBNO you've got approximately five minutes for your $70 dollar or sub $70 prediction. Admittedly, quite a unforeseen drop, but we've seen this before and the resultant bounce. GLA.
