I think even you alluded to the notion that a takeover is a possibility - with last week's events been a gentle hint from Novinskiy to Pinchuk to sell.

So cash balance aside, I think while there is the possibility of a takeover, then the cash balance wouldn't be the only factor affecting a rise of the SP.

And if the VAS order suspension is wholly quashed by the courts?
