On 24 March 2025 the Company announced that it had raised £477,000 in a Subscription, alongside the Placing which was completed on the same date. However, as the Company did not at the time have sufficient share capital authorities, the Company confirmed that the issue of shares under the Subscription would not take place until after the Company's Annual General Meeting, at which such authorities were sought.

Following the AGM earlier today, the Company can confirm that the 13,628,570 Subscription Shares have now been issued, at an issue price of 3.5 pence per share.
