After reading Norm and Max,s post i partly agree with both on certain points
1. I don't believe this is Aliens low, hence why i,m waiting , but thats my take on things
2. I,m sure that there is a trigger for this share and when it happens it will rise rapidly over a very short time.
That trigger i believe will be the actual signing of the Native title and that according to the timelines will be the end of Q3, but no one actually knows.
Yes i am playing with fire, with the timing of my investment, but that's my choice and i really have no problem with anyone on this board, the aim is to make as much as you can and sell, so good luck everyone.

When a company makes timeliness,a Rns is delivered because it is achieved or a Rns is delivered as to why it is not achieved, failure to do so makes the markets jittery, as to the credentials of that individual company, its really not complicated, as well as talking the talk, you have to walk the walk.

It seems that there is a heritage clearance, then a native title both controlled by Knac,I was to understand until now that this was just one issue under the interpretation of the word heritage,so miss leading, was your thoughts or anyone else's

So after re reading everything it looks like this to me,that there is a heritage agreement 1st,then there is a Native Title 2nd both controlled by KNAC and then KNAC under a legislative framework have 4 months to object,then we apply for the mining licence which could take 2 to 3 months for approval, all your opinions welcome.

Providing guidance as to a timeline for completion is difficult as many aspects are outside the company's control or involve commercial and legal sensitivities that are subject to negotiation and documentation. The Company appreciates stakeholder patience on these aspects and would like to reassure shareholders the Company is working hard towards its stated goals and will update shareholders once complete. Once Native Title is completed, the Company will immediately submit a Mining Proposal for State Approvals of the Project which is expected to take between 2-3 months for approval from submission. The Company intends to start civil and site works immediately after Native Title is received in parallel to the grant of the mining licence.
