I've actually emailed them this morning asking for more updates and putting across my concerns that they are not promoting the company and the success it is having enough. The only email address I could find is the general enquiries : enquiry@mobilityone.com.my Not sure if they will listen or respond but worth a try at least
I see last year there were no RNSs between sept16-Apr17. Do we think we will have to wait again until April for the next update? This share is so frustrating. It’s massively undervalued with revenue of £62m and profitable yet the mcap is only £3.5m. There are just a handful of trades each month because nobody knows about the share and BoD don’t do anything to promote it and don’t even update the shareholders with trading updates or progress with the e-pay in Malaysia. It’s so frustrating
I don't post much on LSE but I too took a punt on this about 15 months ago hoping they would finally find (or declare) some big diamonds. Over the last few months I've realised that nothing is going to happen with this company and expected it to end up de-listing. So while I have no interest in wiring companies I am slightly encouraged by this move. I understand we are giving away what could be a very profitable diamond company and expensive machinery but quite frankly all they have found (should I say declared) the last couple of years are a few carats and it's been pathetic and I can't see that changing. This wiring company has SG $6m in Revenue, making a small profit, has clients such as Blackrock Singapore, deutsche bank, Singapore government etc and is working in a very stable duristiction in Singapore.that sounds a much better company to a shareholder in than a tiny Sierra Leone mining company that finds a few carats every few months. I am an optimist but just looking at it on paper seems like an interesting and potentially beneficial move for shareholders
So our shares were cancelled from AIM today due to not having found a NOMAD quick enough. This was only a punt for me but still it's disappointing given they have 29m in cash. Any chance us shareholders will receive any of this? Not sure what happens next as not been in this situation before? Any advice greatly appreciated
This has been on my watch list for a while now and thought I had missed the boat when it jumped to 4p a couple of days ago. Managed to get 75k @ 3.35p. Looks massively undervalued. Just wanted to ask why is the BB so excited about the release of Sept results? Are we expecting revenue to increase significantly (as LY it was slightly down)?
Has any read the proxy form for the AGM? Gives details on their investing policy going forward. Sounds promising: Grand will now expand its investing policy to invest in companies operating not only within the Greater China Region, but in [the Asean region], Europe and North America as well. In addition to its initial focus on the Education Technology ( “ EdTech ” ) space, the Company will now consider investments in Financial Technology (“Fin Tech”) and the broader Media Sector, where the management team have significant experience and expertise, with a specific emphasis on opportunities in the Financial Media space. My concern though is this: The Directors are confident that the Investing Policy can be substantially implemented within eighteen months of the current AGM Our shares will get suspended in less than 2 months time if they don't invest in something and get de-listed six months after that. Do we think the BoD already have something lined up and just need the AGM approval or is it more likely the shares will get suspended? Interested to hear peoples vies
That statement was made at Xmas though when they re-listed. I bought these as a punt when they dropped to 20p at Xmas as I too thought it was a no brainer with the cash they have. I thought by now they would have had a new investment and the price would have risen back to 50p+. It hasn't and judging by the RNS I think it looks like they will get suspended in Sept as I can't see them finding a new investment in the next 2 months. That being said, it wasn't a lot I put in and I'm happy to take the risk and think eventually they will make an investment or re-distribute the cash to shareholders. Unfortunately though it has turned in to a long-term hold for me as I can't see it happening until 6 months time
Anyone here? Just announced 2016 results with profit before tax of £2m and (as of end of April) £25m in cash and yet the market cap is less than £5m? They have to find an investment in the next 3 months otherwise suspension which is maybe why people aren't buying in here but should multi-bag if they do. I think it's worth the risk. If they don't find an investment then I assume they will give the shareholders the £25m cash through a special divi?
I am a shareholder in United Cacao and luckily only put in a small amount as a punt. Just to let people know they are still updating their website and have made a couple of updates since 25th Jan RNS. They have raised $700k and renegotiated their bonds. I doubt I'll ever see any of my money back on this though
RNS Sounds promising and looks like the company are confident that the mining license won't be revoked. Maybe this has been holding up the negotiations with that offer we received in Oct and when it's confirmed that the licence is secure then we might here news on the offer? Here's hoping anyway.
Has anyone tried contacting the company? They should at least give an update on whether the talks are still ongoing (I'm assuming they are?). We have also not had any update on the Copper business since July (with copper prices near a 52wk high this could be a great little earner). Lots of news due before the end of March according to RNS: Batangas review Listing our subsidiary on the Philippine Stock Exchange Update on other opportunities in SE Asia Patience is wearing thin with this but will give it until the end of Q1 before I think about cutting my losses on this.
Has anyone bought in? I've recently bought in here as this seems a crazy price. The mcap is now £5m even though they have over £10m in cash for investments and this will continue to grow as each monthly payment comes in. I guess pi's are selling as they are getting frustrated at no news or am I missing something?
