I hope art isn’t trying to push dilution through on the old mcap of 40 mill for himself and mates at a reduction masqueraded in a consolidation
It should be done at the new relist valuation and only to aquire an asset that will add to the mcap
Surely the first scenario is illegal in some way

Would I be correct in my assumption if I have 10k in my portfolio at the moment at .38p
On relisting it could be 30k that’s me assuming mcap of 40 mill now increased to 120 mill mcap .
Consolidation would not affect this I presume
