The last raise for 2.5 mill shouldn’t have been allowed that was criminal affectively diluting share holders ten fold. Taking 90 percent of the shares leaving a measly 10 percent for shareholders robbing rats

This was orchestrated right back when art wanted the permission for a 1000 to 1 consolation, they knew exactly what they wanted to achieve. Let’s hope there’s justice for them

If the company doesn’t survive and there’s a sale of assets this last raise should be cancelled and the 2.5 mill taken from asset sale.

If this 2.5 mill raise goes through all pi’s are shafted the bond holders will be in charge of over 90% of the shares. There’s another 8 billion shares in bonds warrants etc.
