1. If there were 'serious injuries' and questionable safety performance related issues, the Health and Safety Executive would've in all likelihood shut the site down. The company are legally bound and have a very short time window, within which to report anything serious. Also the local media would've been all over this too and we'd have known already.
2. I not convinced your document is authentic either, it's not legal jargoned up enough and where's the header or signature??
3. Any NED sending that email out 'mistakenly' would've had his gonads handed to him on a plate, so i'm really not convinced of that either.
4.Sounds to me like someone's a tad disgruntled...!

Bismark, i agree with Tyndrumboy1872, Phil's delivered as far as i'm concerned and i've been a share holder here for10 years. He's done exactly as he set out to do and more given the huge task that lay before him at the beginning. Based on the success of the company over the last 14 month's and his forward looking projections and talk of possible 3rd party buy in or equity stakes. SGZ will rapidly expand if the exploration and drilling side is run in parallel with the operational ramp up. Phil talks of the real possibility of anything between a 500 thousand to 1 million ounce resource on the horizon and future mc of up to 300million..... What's not to like about that i ask? I'm as frustrated as the rest of us here, but i'm digging in and have recently bought more shares in anticipation of what's coming further down the road. This sp in my humble opinion is a gift (DYOR).

Hi all, for those of you with you fingers closer to the pulse than me and with more knowledge on aim widely, how with the large number of shares so tightly held will the market guys make money with this company when we finally start processing this year and will this likely have a detrimental effect on the share price moving forward ?
