We know one of the big issues right now in bangladesh is people being being displaced, or having land taken off them due to big government projects, building new roads, bridges, power plants, solar parks, etc are being promised compensation but after many years they still haven't seen a penny. GCM having access to $1b dollars straight away on approval of the project, this speaks volume and it shows serious commitment to the government of Bangladesh and to the Phulbari project

Obviously his heard some news regarding extracting coal in bangladesh to have this clip in his video

Plus it looks like bangladesh is looking at all aspects of mining, so why would you isolate coal if your going to extract everything else
