The Company has received a notice to exercise warrants over 606,060 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of 1.65 p per Warrant Share, raising £10,000 for the Company.

The above was mentioned in 7 March RNS, could be the same people as those shares was also exercised at 1.65

Few weeks back I read Someone's post on hear saying "why has bangladesh built these coal plants if they can't afford to import the coal that's needed to run the coal plants"

Now I'm thinking maybe that was the government's plan all along, first build the coal plants and then tell the public we can't afford to import the coal, its time to extract our own coal

It makes total sense as the Government always knew bangladesh has huge coal reserves

Also to add : Shares of PowerChina [SHA: 601669] finished 1.2 percent lower at CNY4.92 (68 US cents) each today. The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index lost 1.3 percent.

People in China would have read this today and traded thier shares today in PC according to this news. Its not something to take lightly for a company of this credibility

To me it feels like two different statements

If this news is in public domain then doesn't GCM have a duty to confirm this with their shareholders

We received RNS from GCM on 11 March, PC made this announcement yesterday (26 March ) why wait till yesterday to make this announcement, have they received some kind of confirmation from GOB recently

But Surly this will give one confidence the fact we have had an RNS and now also being talked about in the Chinese media that's this is going to happen

Yes I agree with you, this sounds like a new deal to the £1b which GCM will have access to once we get green light on the project

According to this article ( PC inked a deal with GCM yesterday ) are expecting a RNS on this ?
