Hi Trek, the point I raised yesterday about there being zero mention of gas shows in the mud drilled further (they reported still being in gas last time), together with them not casing the last 400+ ft makes me wonder if they stopped drilling at that point as little or no gas shows in the lowest zone and therefore no reason to either 1) continue drilling to see the potential pay or 2) case it at max depth. Anyway, all other potential zones identified thus far are very exciting!

Don't get me wrong, I am very bullish about this share and everything that Bo and co are doing. Just a question! Anyway I guess we don't have long to find out now!

I was wondering why the RNS to confirm the successful reentry didn’t mention whether they were still in gas or not at TD like the first drill attempt did. No mention of gas shows at all this time irrespective of wireline. No interviews yet either. All very cryptic!

3.9.24 Operational Update

‘Activities at the Clink #1 well will pause for a period of circa one month whilst mobilising a rig to set intermediate casing over the Mowry shale at ~2,100 feet.

The Clink #1 well reached Target Depth ("TD") of 8,030ft (~2,450m) at 11:15 MST on 23 August 2024. While preparing the hole for wireline logging, the rig encountered caving with the Mowry shale from ~2,100 feet onwards which compromised the stability of the wellbore. Stability issues in the Mowry shale had not been seen in any surrounding wellbores, including Hillison #1.‘

Not sure how they can flow the targets ‘above the shale’ without a fix Trek.

Bo has huge credibility in this field and is a man of integrity from what we have witnessed thus far. For somebody like him, he would never make guarantees if he had the slightest inkling of an issue unlike the vast majority of AIM board members that do just the opposite. He is a professional and intends to keep his record clean. Nobody will be able to point the finger at him if this does fail. He is making us all aware that there are risks however small so that we go into this eyes wide open. Not the usual nailed in success BS spouted elsewhere.

Yes my understanding too MNN. Mud polymers designed for holding back shales failed on this occasion, which would otherwise be expected to work, probably due to pressure issues. They are retrying with KCL mud (research it if not already familiar) and this time pressure mud drilling to control the pressure in the annulus (well). Precision Drilling USA are set up for doing this type of work so chances are this issue will be fixed. Assuming that it is fixed then we now know what the possibilities are for a commercial well. Pretty decent risk : reward at this level IMHO.

Definitely! I made a hasty decision to sell out on the last RNS…bought them all back at less than I sold for having been reassured by Bo a day later so have a few more (not many but still more) for free now. Glad I bought back when I did in the 16p’s looking at today’s rise!

Absolutely agree with you LLOL. If 15.5p doesn’t hold then I will be a buyer in the 12p to 13p target range.

Likewise, if good news comes sooner then I don’t mind paying more than the current price for more certainty.

Sold out this morning…share price struggled to hold 20p without this news. Month (poss more who knows?) delay so will sit on the sidelines for now until the dust settles. Still believe the story here…but for now at least…I’m out.

Yes indeed! It is only the start. We are drilling Bo’s license which he personally invested into…next came Rudyard…and not out of the blue…this guy has been in this field for a long time and is very well connected and respected in the industry…look at the strength of our board…once he has proven up these resources, I reckon he already has others on his list to go at…a major helium company in the making here imo.

Each to their own! Although not entirely derisked yet in terms of commerciality, yesterdays RNS to confirm that we are in a helium system, all ahead of schedule, some of the highest in mud that Mr Helium Bo has ever seen…so odds on that the number will increase as we go deeper to the basement…people choose to sell today rather than last week before that was known? It’s what makes a market I guess…

Well the MM”s will take 218,500 off me in one go equiv to 40,000…a small portion of my holding ;-) Not seen that kind of liquidity for a good few weeks so hopefully the big seller has stopped.

No problem getting quote to sell in 100,000 lots.

You know it’s time to buy again when the derampers up their game.

Holding long and strong on these. Not many opportunities like this for big wins come around on AIM very often. About as sure a winner as it gets.

Wait for He gas shows next…until then we just have to put up with intestinal gas from the derampers!

Cheers guys! Put a limit order in with Barclays for 17.9 and it picked them up at 17.65p. Luck of the draw really. Yes let’s hope that 17’s were the bottom. Can’t believe we are at this price so close to the drill. Oh well I will just have to stick with my belief. Onwards and upwards!

That should read 42,458 unfortunately not 43,458!

I bought 43,458 at 17.65! Could be a huge bargain! Ready to buy more if it drops further!

Hopefully the churn will cease quickly at these high vols clearing out the big sellers so we can get back to a respectable share price / market cap. Just hope that they aren’t intent on selling all the way back down to the mid / low teens. Surely a TR1 is due early next week…although there must be a fair few PI’s dumping too. Let’s see.

You will see additional dumps of 100,000 at 19p that aren’t shown here on this BB. Even the current market price isn’t right either shown here at 19.65p. I reckon there will be other delayed trades to come over the next few days as usual too. Not enough buying vol to cope with the avalanche of sells it would seem. See if any gas shows entice buyers as the RNS’s for rig mobilisation and spud are already pretty much to be expected and therefore non news. I think Oberon started the avalanche and others get swept along with it imho.

Who knows why they (however many are doing it) have left it this late to dump? Maybe like the rest of us they thought it would have been at a higher price by now and have attracted more interest than it has. They have de risking objectives to achieve lets say by spud and will have to accept a lower price averaged out. Still a 100% return at these levels so not a bad investment. When will the dumping stop? This becomes even more of a bargain by the day...I am really tempted to start adding again at these levels as I have done each time it has visited close to 20p. Still hopeful of a double here as there are a few weeks to go yet and hopefully positive up in between.
