African Battery Metals gearing up for structured field exploration in Ivory Coast
Roger Murphy, chief executive of African Battery Metals PLC, tells Proactive London's Andrew Scott they've commenced geological work on their recently acquired 380-square-kilometre Lizetta II nickel, cobalt and chrome exploration project in Ivory Coast.
A consultancy report completed in 2017 re-confirmed previous work that showed the occurrence of up to 0.25% cobalt, 0.87% nickel and over 1% chrome in surface anomalies.

but to be fair, looking at RNS of TSI: Completion of Transaction with ABM Mon, 3rd Sep 2018 07:00 RNS Number : 4598Z
Two Shields Investments PLC 03 September 2018... it is not only RM mentioning ABM's mining professionals... but I agree with your statement interesting to see what the market will make of this. maybe not only on the open but also longer term
"Charlie Wood, Chairman, said, "The acquisition of Cobalt Blue Holdings by ABM provides TSI with direct listed equity exposure to a portfolio of highly prospective cobalt and nickel assets in a number of jurisdictions. Importantly it is run and backed by highly experienced mining professionals with proven pedigrees in building significant resource companies, including Roger Murphy, Stephen Dattels and Ian Stalker. "
ok, still no drilling results, but RNS says they look forward to develop current asset base also in the Cameroon AND the DRC.
The work marks the next stage in our development as we look to work closely with all stakeholders in developing the current asset base, which includes cobalt and nickel projects in the Cameroon and the DRC, as well as identifying additional opportunities to cement our growth strategy and build value."
Relax a little S100.
Only remember that one RNS stating "elevated levels" of cobalt. But no assayed results so far. Admittingly, not really encouraging after the long wait
Glad to see increased PR activity
Wondering if some arrive soon :o
Who does not since recent update(s)?!
could change indeed. prospects looking good. seems to be beneficial in the longer term
....Accordingly, the Company has today issued 117,917,182 Ordinary Shares. An application will be made for the Conversion shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on the 25th September 2018....
once all snapped up, MT license is the target, unless it arrives before. worst case it will be signed in x weeks/months, but at least...
....The mining license application at the Monchetundra Project has now reached the very final stage, and we now look to a successful conclusion to the mine permit application. No administrative or technical issues have been highlighted to the Company".
very final stage in conjunction with no administrative or technical issues highlighted to the company sounds to me that it was checked again? and considered to be a mere formality.
but who knows. time will tell. I'm ready to wait as long as necessary
would love to see one this week actually. but they are certainly in no rush :D
and it is just about the first acquisition. assuming, and this I certainly do, it will be very successful, then I'm even more curious about next transaction thereafter in let's say 2020
happy days ahead and GLA
Re RNS 20th June
... Samples from the auger drilling programmes have been dispatched for laboratory analysis and, when the results of the analysis have been received by the Company, we will ascertain the next steps including the potential for a targeted drill programme. Looking ahead, the plan is to conduct a licence wide soil sampling programme on a 100m x 100m grid ...
assuming results were received and considered reasonable, possibly they intend to give a comprehensive update incl. results of that "a licence wide soil sampling programme" once all the required data is collected? as always, time will tell
unless they come along with the annual accounts?
my guess is somewhere next month, in case not, I hope before 2019
what a performance
kept an eye on this one - l final results should be coming soon according last RNS

he sounds very confident
e.g. recent RNS 8th August
"With the proposed new team, high profile backing and a defined development path for both our existing portfolio and identifying additional opportunities, we believe we have the right platform to build shareholder value and deliver a leading battery metals-focussed resource company."
