better not try to interpret anything in it. a(ny) is a chance to get in lower / average down, just like spike give possibility to get out higher, sometimes also to lower the loss. but anyway. chart of GSR tells me that selling to lower the loss hardly makes sense, but everyone has to decode on their own) a chance to get in lower or average down definitely.
