God, what a mendacious idiot you are and no matter your spotless record of getting everything legal, financial and geopolitical wrong again, and again and again, you now have bs casting of his last shred of dignity by - instead of engaging in the slightest bit of reflection first - mindlessly backs your latest moronic fur ball because he's so excited at the prospect of - finally!!! - being able to claim a W against the guys who have ritually humiliated him for more than a year.
Well, I have some bad news for you fellas:
1. Just because the ruling has 'windup' in the header, doesn't mean it spells anything exigent for sle. Or even something serious. Or, in this case, anything relevant at all as it pertains to the management's ability to progress the business of the company. Or, like, anything. Did either of you geniuses stop for a second to consider what these guys were actually, ie., the precise corporate entity that had the judgement against them? If was San Leon-Eli, you dopey muppets, a subsidiary of the parent that has....wait for it... NO ASSETS. Conclusion: these guys can try and enforce the judgement till the cows come home and they will get sweet fa as they have no recourse against the parent, where real assets reside. Really? Yes, really, you shameless trolls.
2. But, since the judgement was a ridiculous one (see below), San Leon was always likely to appeal, a process that would inevitably result in months of delay anyway. Did tweedle dum or tweedle dee bother to check whether an appeal was lodged? What, neither of you bothered? What's that? You never thought of that because you were so excited to rock up here to try and present your 'findings' because you thought it would humiliate those that humiliated you, that you didn't stop for a second to reflect on anything other than trying to present your 'gotcha'? No worries, I did....ooops:

3. The entire case is a joke full stop and even a layperson can see SLE is likely to win on appeal. I will share some thoughts on that later today as I have to dash now, but to
