Why did they not release the RNS about the placing at 7;00 the next day, if they had decided on a 80p placing the week before. No they waited until 8:50 before the release.

The fact that directors are even going to take up the option, is another bit of bad PR.

On 19 November Genedrive posted circular for a share placing at 23p.
I checked the chart for the SP on that day, guess what it was 23p !!!
