Correction to my earlier post, second trade was 1,976,923 shares, not 1,476,923 so it's only 500k left and they could well decide to hang onto those for the rise ...
Looks like we now have proof it was the advisor with that second trade with the odd number 1,476,923 with 4,476,923 awarded and 2 million already gone.
Just the one million left and then no overhang ...
I'd rather that than some of the snake oil salesman CEOs on Aim and other small companies with frequent RNS's full of wordy promises of future riches beyond your wildest dreams, but which are actually meaningless guff. Eg SYME.
Don't forget the Concert Party - group of wealthy investors mainly CEO's family in Kazakhstan also Al Marri in Abu Dhabi, own 50% so free float is limited and when it wants to move it really can.
And large bonuses due to CEO and Chairman if market cap reaches 800m USD (around 26p/sh), so they are rather incentivised to make this work.
Even if it was forward selling, they'd be well aware of the implications for the valuation and it's hardly going to be a project that reduces the value ... so I stick to my view that it wouldn't be them if they've got any sense. Having opted to take the risk by taking it in shares in the first place. Presumably they had some choice in the method of payment.
Hopefully soon irrelevant in the scheme of things, whatever ...
And if they've got any sense (knowing they're aware of the project being advised on, and it's likely impact on the share price) they'd probably not sell instantly at these low levels anyway.
Pleased I was adding while some of you were going on about dead camels ...
And a slow hand clap for the 100k seller just now. I mean, what do they expect to happen here if they finally start delivering after years of pent up promise?
It won't be the recipient/consultant - the shares aren't issued or available for trading until the 29th.
Quite apart from a sell making no sense having been happy to take the payment in shares rather than cash (therefore in the assumption they'll go up in value!)

You're right.
Clearly, we're all doomed. The whole exercise is pointless; they should all just pack up, go home, let the boat go adfrift, sell the rigs for scrap and leave the oil in the ground.
