Being shafted!!!!!!!!14 Apr 2014 09:42
We write to you regarding your holding of Ordinary shares in Matra Petroleum Plc held within your
HSBC Invest Direct Investment Account.
Subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting to be held on April 23 2014 the company proposes to cancel the admission to trading on AIM in accordance with rule 41.
It is expected that the cancellation of admission to trading on AIM will take place on 1 May 2014.
Please note that if the delisting resolution is passed, there will be no market facility for dealing in the ordinary shares and no price will be publicly quoted for them, therefore you will not be permitted to retain them within your investment account. Consequently we ask that you arrange to either transfer your shares to another broker or transfer them into your own name.
Do I transfer to a new broker and how do i trade? or do I transfer them into my name but hten how do I sell them after that?
Any help would be appreciated
