The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Nigoil its not always easy to keep up with what your exact average is, I am in the same situation. Only an approx average.
I've traded this share literally, many hundreds of times is different size tranches across multiple platforms, SIpp, ISA, regular share account plus spread betting. You've also got to factor in roll overs on a three monthly basis for spreadbetting so it is very easy to lose track of every bet, some winning some losing. Also even though I have been in from the start, I had a break of 5 years approx 2011-2016 doing no trading , I just consigned these to the bottom draw. Only back now as it seem close to an outcome, one way or the other.
Just to play the devil advocate for a moment, the fact that the directors have not bought any shares for 5 year is perhaps their signal that this will never happen! And that people that do invest only have themselves to blame!
Personally I sincerely hope this not the case, as I have a shed load invested here and have lost quite enough already!
The use of the word improvement is a joke, all I have seen in the last 7 years is deterioration!
I understand completely where you are coming from Kurgan2.0.
Shareholders are rightly pi**ed off, but we are hanging in here as selling really is not an option at 19p.
I just hope they can get this financing sorted and perhaps then we can actually make some money for a change. :-)
buffit, my take on croftoriginal's post was that it would be for 15% of the oil produced per day.
Auson, I'm sorry I have no idea where you get that idea from, you need to re read my post !!!
I think you will find I said: I have no faith in the Arbitration panel to come to a fair verdict.
I wouldn't put any faith in getting any money from Italy, these arbitration panels have their own agenda, I just hope us winning, suits their needs as well, because that's the only way we will win!
As a sideline:
I owned shares in Oxus Gold (i'm sure some on here know the story) we went to international arbitration over Uzbekistan stealing Oxus Gold's mine ( something which Uzbekistan has a reputation of doing to foreign companies of all industries) we won Nothing!!! The company went bust . Shareholders got nothing.
So no, I have no faith in this process what so ever.
Perhaps you are right frogga, i think a few of the board members like the sound of ka-ching, nuff said.
Thanks for the link Frogga, I didn't realize you meant that video, I did watch it earlier today, found it quite interesting., but now I am confused about what you meant then in your post earlier.
"I very nearly posted this morning about Fionas famous speech, that gave me concerns for the first time about her and how the remaining board felt. It was shocking behaviour"
what was mentioned about the boards feeling and what shocking behaviour from Fiona? apart from her saying kerching! a few times
I thought it was her resignation speech/letter there was an issue with?
Frogga, I've looked for fiona's speech but cant find any links to it , so if you have a link please post it up or refresh my memory of what she said please. Cheers
Well that doesn't sound very reassuring! so there is a reason for the drop....
Why when there are approx 1.5 million reported buys and 200K ish sells are we down .8p? oil is up $1.24 as i type.
fecm, everything these days is about the short term situation and arse covering, if they give the go ahead at say $40 oil and its still $40 in 2024 they will get it in the neck , however if they give the go ahead at $65 and it turn out to be $40 in 2024 then they will just say, well the predictions were for higher prices and it was $65 at the time of sanction.
I am not agreeing or disagreeing with anyone’s point of view in general, but as this accusation of plagiarizing written word of ovets goes on thought I might as well clog up this board as well!
Ovets if Nigoil copied your post verbatim as you say he did ( i have not checked) then he must have realized you would notice it, as it was quite a personal post about yourself and your government dealings and only written a few months ago, so have to go with Nigoil on this one and say he was after a reaction from you about what you said . That’s my take on it.FWIW!!
TheGreaterFool, could not agree more with you.
There are a couple of issues with PI’s not many probably want to say how many shares they own and probably there are not enough of us on this forum to get the 25million shares required.
However if anyone is interested in carrot’s idea then perhaps they could just put a letter down as to their approximate shareholding so as to get an idea of our combined strength.
I am in the C category which was worth many multiples of today’s value when I purchased them!
A <50K
B 50K-100K
C 100K-250K
D 250K-500K
E 500K-1000K
F 1000K-5000K
From earlier this morning:
Carroteater
Fuey, BlueDefender: Are you able to group 5% voting shareholders to table a motion asking to sack or replace the Board?
Carroteater, what is your thinking? to get all of us together on this forum to make up the 5% needed which is about 25 million shares I guess?
Yep, they sure got it worked out haven't they! Risk nothing and if they can beat a small increase from just about an all time low share price, then they come up smelling of roses, brilliant! Well done Sam Moody and Stewart MacDonald.
I just despair of this company, how many more year are we to be locked into this dog. (for those wondering, yes I believed all those lies years ago and stuck here from much higher prices. my own fault ? perhaps... but I think management have played their part to.)
