Given the over valuation of so many stocks at this moment in time, I would say (having had a good look at this company) that the "A" share is seriously undervalued. I will l be pressing a buy button early on Monday morning. Thanks for your continued Jolly good advice (IMHO), on this and many other shares, it is truly appreciated. Best regards, Blue.

I see Old Mutual dived in, last week,,,on top of the earlier Liontrust and Invesco positions.

Seems like a fair case of keeping it within the family...who do indeed seem Jolly decent :() As I am sure you know, 68% of the 3.3m voting shares are not in public hands ( vs 46% of the 5.2m non-voting shares) . Even so, a typical price differential would be 3-5%, would it not?... but the "pd" here is huge and as you say widening over time. Could it just be a case of the mm's applying price control pressure to try and weasel out some more voting shares?...they don't like it when they can't push other people's buttons!!

The RNS is pretty much as expected...no real downside... AND they have announced a maiden dividend.. Less than a week after downgrading to hold at 150p, those lovely chaps at Numis have now upgraded KWS to a buy at 150p. I hope yee fill yer boots at these rock bottom prices, I have a funny feeling Numis might have! Best regards, Blue

Yes I agree, I took 67% profits (at just over 57p) today... on c. 65% of my holding, Am I correct in thinking that the final dividend is 1.57p and they go ex-divi' on the the 6th of November? Best regards, Blue

I got in yesterday at 14p...'just been offered 15.75p to top up...GLA

Having read the above.... IMHO...The fall in sp does not really seem fully warranted...I have topped up at these prices.

Hi fg01, When ever I see sticky treacle pudding I automatically think I will get fat quite quickly and then suddenly lose hundreds of pounds :-P
