My, Oh my, they trotted that share price up nicely before this announcement! I had 2 recent tranches.... one at 95.6 & the other at 105.25... so I sold the former at 138.5p for a 45% profit... Be interesting to see if it is a rights issue or just a placing? GLA & Best regards, Blue

Yup, over a million after the bell = over 6% of all shares in play...

...Delayed from last Friday & in 2 tranches of 500,000, one at 24p & one at 24.5p ... 'Can't be sure that that is a sell as the price is nearer to the buy price on the day? Nb: The Director buys were on the 23rd & 24th & totalled 230,000, so not them then. Still represents c.1.5% of all shares in circulation, whichever way yee interpret it!
