IMHO the DAL deal is a done deal. Why?

Well if you took the trouble to read the quarterly update from DAL and understand it, you might have an inkling.

"Following the binding acquisition of four new gold permits"

"Has commenced recruitment local geologists and logistics"

So the existing shareholders and directors stumped up most of the readies in the Placing. It really sounds like they are having second thoughts, don't you think?

They raised AUD1.35mil with one of the NEDS taking AUD150k.

If you look at the major shareholders

You will see that 68.3% is held by what they term insiders. By that they mean people linked to the management.

So as I said, no way it doesn't go through.
