This was included in MD&A tha5 accompanied results and was reason for yesterday’s fall. Not sure why Art needed to spell it out again unless someone wants in on the cheap before providing finance?

Hoping for quick sale at anything around 1.5p but can’t even see that in near future. News always leaks and if major buyout was on way we wouldn’t be st these levels. SR discounted completely now by market so CH has one last chance to save his bacon but not holding much hope!

Due out in couple of weeks and Art must have something to say on his forward looking MDA. So just had few more at these levels to bring average down under 0.7p now! Let’s hope we finally get some good news in near future...

What I would like to see is some strategic planning and communication from BoD rather than scattergun piecemeal asset acquisitions.

For each asset we should have clear plan with milestones, targets and timescales split between short term <12 months and 2-4 years.

Only when we can see path to production and revenues will we be taken seriously imo

On Tuesday so surely they will update befor then!

How’s Colin going to avoid wrath of AGM? Probably because he knows few will attend and ask demanding questions. Best outcome would be recommended bid but can’t see it being much more than 1.5p. Would take that in a flash and move onto better companies with real prospects!

Given the lack of clarity the profit figure alone is meaningless. Increase in revenue of 26% to nearly �15m must make investment worth well more than �1.6m book value. We don�t know how much has been reinvested in fixed assets and hopefully another strong growth year will see this converted to profits. Good news that cash and equivalents has increased and we have more than 12 months of admin costs covered by cash. Bad news is lack of news on listing which needs to be addressed urgently as promised by DL given NEX isn�t working.

Pure contempt of shareholders. Absolute disgrace what�s happened here and still waiting on results and action on failure of NEX listing. Nor holding my breath....

3 weeks left to save his bacon! Only way out of this for Colin is to produce good update on SR process and/or IPPC sign off in next 3 weeks. Tick tick....

Is a disgrace and moving this to NEX has proved a disaster. The lack of comms on HoH was the final straw and if I could trade online I�d probably have been well gone. Prove us wrong and give out a full and proper update for once with results and move us to a proper trading platform ffs!

Cash balances at 31st March was $3.1m and cashburn if $1m a quarter so funded for rest of 2018. Just need NNPC approval as financing should be a given with PoO going up!

We need PVE to be funded and this has got to be good news. No-one knows how far we have progressed on bringing assets to production and saying no progress is just deramping. Maybe they are short or missed buying at the lows. It�s up to BoD to deliver now and if they do 1p will be smashed in next couple of months.

If BoD deliver on their timescales this is at least an easy bagger in next couple on months. Over to you Ed!
