The 500k placing won't do much for Thor, not with the cash burn from their BOD. Seems like the next placing not that far in the future, unless they oust the Thor BOD which seems unlikely.

Annual lndoor capacity is 40000 plants at 500 seeds per plant is 20mill seeds, say 10m at min 50c per seed is $5m, this is when the production is at full tilt,so some time next year is probable.the figure above I'd think minimum , can we sell the seeds is the question, some on here are saying no, With the other revenue streams developing at the same time next 6months will determine the companys success

Price might be selling his shares at present SP, as warrants not worth anything to him at the moment (5p to Zoetic), with broker fees etc I'd imagine SP would have to be far higher. Don't think a broker would want the business at present as selling 20m plus would bring share price down, also Price selling his 12m shares would hold SP lower and the warrants run out March 2020

If both sides of the argument here are absolutely honest neither know the outcome here, the zoetic cbd being a very new and unknown entity. The short term financial situation can’t be judged as the take up curve of the zoetic chill bands can’t be plotted out as the time span is too short so more will be obvious in the next six months. Are the femininized seeds a good call also unknown as neither side actually don’t know anything about the process and can only offer actually nothing ,this again will pan out early next year . Also the value of the existing projects being disposed of is a big unknown to all. So next six months will prove the status of the company not the bickering on this board. If you believe the assets will bring in a few million, chill zoetic sales will increase 5 fold, the seeds will sell at a$ each ,and the out door crop will produce cash from the bio mass and CBD produced buy or hold if not go on to greener pastures. Listen to either side with no research and take the consequences as both wright on the board to make themselves money not you

Also don't know if the other players Raisa and Halliburton will be in for a cut, so the next 16 wells could be more profitable for True, just a thought as we don't know the full terms of the agreement.

If we do sell ED to True Oil, will this give them space to engage with Renegade on the other 16 wells in the play, with a bit of a sweetener without our 7.5% in the mix. Depends on True Oils intent going forward to expand the project
