4) They are more likely to be closer to the start of the turnaround than the end. They will not be a low-cost producer until the get an on-site mill, which is years away. What has been achieved so far. It's mostly just disaster recover after the collapse and flooding. - THE ORE SORTER WILL MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN 2022. the 60%+ rise in copper prices also helps

7) The share is priced for a company in financial distress, which is what this is - SO GRAB A BARGAIN

I've been offered shares in a company that is:

1) based in Canada - a mining friendly, stable, English speaking commonwealth country .
2) an established company with substantial proven Copper reserves at high grades
3) already mining Copper in a rising (if stalled) commodities market at the start of the Green revolution, with minimal extra investment required to bring it to market
4) well into a turnaround programme to make them a low cost producer
5) that will be entering the profit phase in just 5 months time $$$
5) they are ALREADY mining copper, with an offtaker that pays them 90% on storage, a skilled workforce, shipping, infrastructure etc already in place
6) will shortly be mining from new stopes in high grade zones
7) the share price is STUPIDLY low at around 22p.

Be daft not to, really.

I was hoping more of the trolling de-rampers would turn up to ask actual, intelligent questions about the company, their progress and what has been happening.

I am not a ramper, I am an investor in RMM. I have never made exaggerated claims for this share - ever. Unlike you though, I am positive about the share.
Clearly, and not for the first time, you are mistaken. The company never said they would only draw down 2mill, it always stated there would be two uses of the credit card. 2 x 2mill = 4mill. Hence the good news it was only 3mill.
Sooner than expected maybe, but fact is fact - you should check yours.

Financing
It was well reported that the Newgen financing, which is on decent terms, would take a while to complete and in the short term the company would 'borrow' circa C$4m from Riverfort, with a further C$26m on the 'credit card' if required. These Riverfort drawdowns would be CLN's, the first two tranches requiring c30m warrants.
The good news is that the company have drawn down $3m rather than the $4m we were expecting but the PI's seem to have taken it badly, not helped by the tripe spouted on here by 2 or 3 split personality types.
The positive news is still very much in the balance of this project succeeding. Think of the Riverfort as a bridging loan and it makes sense. Borrowing to invest on these terms is not a problem as it unlocks the vast potential of RMM.

I have three predictions based upon using the same methods as that split personality GTM123, namely - navel gazing. My predictions are;

1) They wont disappear, they will just flip flop with another 'I told you so'
2) You, like me, will get drawn in again.
3) Shares will go up and shares will go down

Just remember, if this egocentric split personality disorder could spot and forecast winners/losers, they would be selling their predictions and making millions.

Would I have been better off selling out at 45p and buying back in at 24p, of course, but thats not my strategy. In Rambler I've found a longer term winner and a keeper (at least till £3.60). This drop has allowed me to lower my average SP, so every cloud.......

Like many, I am underwater, but not a problem as those funds are locked in until 2023/2024 - its an educated investment based upon risk/reward. Not navel gazing mystic moon charts.

I sleep well at night with my strategy and I don't ramp (up or down) to the detriment of others.

Spot on analysis/statement. IMHO Newgen is a done deal. And as Cornish's assessment the Riverfort CLN options are to get the Ore sorter under way.
