Hi Thomas
You said;
'Even if they don't get it (the loan) they not going bankrupt haha. They just do massive placing..'
Surely they'd just draw down some more Riverfort CLN loan (The Credit Card)?
Isn't that what it s for?

Are you still playing your games. At your age. You should know better.
Have you been kicked out of The Langley club.

Totally agree with your assessment.
Lucan is a prick.
GTMUFO - good to see you're back. I really enjoyed your break.

my money is on Thursday.
wouldn't a dual listing make a difference. UK and Canada???
just a reminder that it isn't a Bank Holiday in Canada and NewGen and Rmm are both Canadian.... fingers crossed.

Noobs - WTF.
'Was it you blue Square? the sock filler account? Cos your bitter about sitting at a loss here?'
Who rattled your cage. Numpty, try reading through my threads. No, I'm not Sock Filler nor am I the Phantom Flang Flinger.
I am far from bitter, the only thing bitter in my life is the ale I drink. And I'm quite comfortable sitting on my chair. So far, I have no loss. So F/Off with your pathetic observations.
Enjoy the rest of your day Noobs, and I hope you get out of the other side of the bed tomorrow.
GLA LTH Ramble on.
Hi Fukurokuju79
You may have guessed, I'm very positive on RMM.
I'm all in with my investment, win or lose. I don't expect this to go belly up. I'm here until 2024 (unless we hit £72 share LMAO).
I anticipate a few more knock backs, as thats always the problem when artificial deadlines are set.
A couple of delays and some will panic and like Chicken Little, they will think the sky is falling in.
GLA. Have a great today and a better tomorrow. Ramble on.
@Ivybush 'So on default Newgen would be able to dispose of assets for whatever it could realise to repay loan.' I don't believe that is correct.
I believe @Lekka is correct, which is why I questioned the o.p.
Many years ago I was a Commercial Manager at a company in trouble, we owed Barclays North of £6m and they closed us. The receiver appointed then liquidated the assets which, from memory, went - tax man, administrator, first secured creditors/employees the rest.
But Canada may be different.....
Why would all of the assets go to New Gen, is that speculation or have you seen it in print?
Surely if RMM go belly up, its over to the receiver - not NewGen?
GLA. Ramble on.

'I wasn’t a fan of consolidations and took a few peters for saying so. ( blue -square)' Get over yourself and move on, it wasn't the consolidation that caused the price drop, it was THE STOPE COLLAPSE and total loss of an income stream, coupled with the crap RNS.
Glad your back in, good luck to you and have a wonderful day - but let it go.......
BOING..... The only way is up!!!
Does anyone know the optimum number of employees required for Rambler to hit their 1500tpd?
Taken from another job advert on www.Ramblermines.com
'Rambler is on course for a long and prosperous future'
You'd need to be short to disagree.....!
Thanks Spero.
