I don’t think people have had the payment yet, I certainly haven’t (HL).

What’s everyone’s plans with the dividend?

No buy back since the 29th May. Price holding up well.

My plan is to hold. To much positive action with buybacks and the sectors rivals all recovering nicely after going ex- dividend .

Truth is, nobody knows. I personally don’t think Trumps trade tariffs can/will impact the underlining business. That said a world recession won’t be good for anyone or any company, LGEN included.

My plan is to just hold and ride it through, collecting and reinvesting the dividends.

Is someone trying to shake the tree?

I’m more intreated in the other expectations, profit, solvency ratio and buy backs.

On the corporate side of things, Legal&General will release its full-year

UBS analyst Nasib Ahmed said that he will be focusing on an expected £500m share buyback announcement (consensus: £370m).

Ahmed was also anticipating solvency of 235%, versus the consensus on 221%.

Total operating profit was seen coming in at £774m, for a final dividend per share of 15.36p.

Anyone got any idea what the new RNS means?

At £5 I’d like to think all the bad news is baked in, added a little more today with a long term view for recovery.
