Dustman:-
What do you mean I’m wrong?
Asiamet currently owns 2 major assets, well 3 but 2 are joined!
Beutong currently has a NPV of £0.00! I mean, if you can’t get within a 100 yards of something you own without getting your head kicked in, I personally see no value.
Then KSK that was valued only 12 months ago, at £160+ million, with value enhancing and the rise in copper price, it’s probably worth about £190 million, owned 100% currently, by Asiamet!
It has now been sold all 51% of it for between £50-30 million and we don’t know which it is! Now ask yourself, why would someone want the majority share? Is it to push out the now, silent partner! It is evident DOID feel they don’t need Asiamet, as they have took control of it!
They don’t need Asiamet, who does! Their BOD have proved time and time again that they’re useless!
The Mcap for Asiamet is currently the other half of the now, badly estimated NPV of this asset! There’s very little gains to be had, and I’ve got a feeling DOID won’t be happy for long, carrying Asiamet and it’s shareholders, for absolutely no reason whatsoever as they ultimately bring nothing to the table when it comes to mining! But we’ll see! I for one ain’t sticking around to find out! And it looks like all the smart money has moved out too!
