from, a regulatory standpoint, a company must make a statement to the market in a timely manner on anything that is deemed price sensitive.

it is the company that confirms the news (and the price sensitive nature) , otherwise its open to interpretation and facilitates speculation.

dont need to "write" to them, its obvious they do not consider it price sensitive and they have not been advised otherwise.

blue star has always had potential, it has more now because of diversification, however the diversification and perceived advantage of both Dtransfer and Dynasty in their relevant sector, now has to be pressed home .

i reiterate Railsbank holding is a shareholder asset, its time to make your views very clear to Parry himself and we need to take alternate action to protect current assets from Mr Parry.

there will be a time for legal when/if the time comes that CP states he cant get this off the ground.
i do believe he is working on it, as the RNS statements he has made previously do land him with legal issues.
his playing for time has to come for a close in Q4, he has stated that crowdfunding, fundraise, liquidity event in Q4. if that does not happen then time for legal intervention by shareholders.

it was a good idea, the amount of regulatory work gone into creating a new "currency" Tally is huge, however a major let down is one of the most important parts of the company, the CEO.
he lost all credibility with his lack of management of dates, timelines etc and several consecutive misjudged, ill thought out RNS statements. once you start doing this kind of thing all credibility and trust is lost.
if Cameron Parry can not pull a rabbit from the hat, doubtful in the extreme, then , sadly, all is lost.

put that way, IF ( big IF) Satoshipay can exploit the opportunity, then it is a fair place to be, the problem is Satoshipay have made such a mess of everything else they have been involved in. would you trust them to monetise this?

i believe that on the AIM market , BLU is one of the companies that has had the fewest placings, Blue Star is a good investment opportunity to my mind, Satoshipay has yet to prove itself worthy of the time and patience and investment cost

you seem to be a little too far on the scale of rose tinted at present.
there are issues at BLU Satoshipay being the serial disappointment with a rap sheet of procrastination. THis needs to change, and quickly
esports hit the ground running and was/is and will be a great success with a great deal of revenue over the years.
anyone can pull a figure out of the sky, i would be most invested as to your calculation of 1.5p for the sum of the parts, must admit in my Years of professional experience i can not get near a calculation of 1.5p valuation ..... YET !!
i will admit that the stock is well overdue a rerating, should be back at 0.4 with even a modicum of good news and the great thing about the new look BLU is that there are now many catalysts for good news.
i will remain invested for several Years, this is a stock where you dont regret getting involved too early, its getting out too early where the concern might lie.

in fairness i'm surprised more legal challenges have not hit Mr Parry before now.

if you can , do it. it may well focus his mind a little and of course starts a legal trail for as and when the "reaper" takes the company, everything can then be traced back to source and mistakes, misleading statements etc

with presumably the same old evasion and deflection.

would be better seeing the price changing handle :)
