at last a regulator (FDA) that has put an end to Innova nefarious dealings, this will not be good for for our Government, yet another spending scandal.

will be interesting to see how they manage this?

planning problems for the Innova site suddenly appear? and of course the Gov. were building a UK test all along, is what i suspect will be offered.

the massive upside of course is that ODX will be a major beneficiary of this fallout.
