its all an absolute **** fest really, a disgraceful waste of a complete Year, started so well first week in January, then Bang... normal service resumed.

much was expected of Derek, thus far he has fallen short, well we are not sure if he has fallen at all, because he hasn't made a sound.

the pendulum news would have to be a real humdinger to get BLU moving, however, many LTH have seen all the spin from Sh5toshipay previously and , over the Years, its amounted to Zero (which coincidentally is the markets current valuation of it)

crazy indeed, the market has to either rerate MCRO upwards significantly or Snowflake is due a hefty fall.

just out of interest, what debt does Snowflake have and what is their D/E ratio as opposed to MCRO.

is the market focussing on other matters, such as quality of management ?

we should be trading around £10 now easily, yet here we sit at £4.36, seems irrational, however the market is good at that and i am not selling a single share until we get a valuation in the £15-£20. i might wait a while but it will be worthwhile.

that oft used adage, market is short term a voting machine, long term a weighing machine.

i do hope not AK, however , as we have been discussing on this board since last December, the longer the stock remains incredulously undervalued , the more likely an opportunistic bid.

the board would of course say anything under £10 undervalues significantly Microfocus potential, but if/when a bid comes it no longer matters what the board think, its then down to the shareholders and what they think !!

interesting times, however i'd be far more comfortable with us trading around £8-£10 now rather than sitting at half that.

i didn't post for a free for all on bigjock, just to offer my thoughts.

Bigjock is obviously a decent bloke, he is passing on his thoughts on what has been offered to him and that's fair enough. i thought it fair to state the "price sensitive" element of market regulation and why Colin would not dare breach this, its a large fine and/or a stretch at her majesty's pleasure for those found on the wrong side of this law.,

all that you have said has been said before.
Colin would be locked up if he shared anything deemed price sensitive with you, anyone who understands UK financial regulatory law will understand this.

so what you get from him whilst its decent of you to share, its not exactly info we do not know.

he's in discussions, they are progressing, he';s in contact with DHSC regularly etc... this is already public domain.

i just want him to convert, to monetise, to show orders now, i couldn't care less about anything else.

in fact , the next words i want to read or hear from him are "we have orders"

is the current CEO not aware of potential issues on the horizon, maybe resulting from deals done when a previous CEO was in situ?
