you were the one that fought the investment case , i enjoyed that about your posts as at least you had sound reasoning, it would have been sound if we had a competent CEO.

i along with Captain$ kept pressing the alert buttons, we had hoped the government contract would still go ahead, and still have slight hope it may be resurrected in some form, which would make CK look even more incompetent, but it would do absolute wonders for the share price.

we just have to see how things go now.

need approvals in first instance, lets hope they land very quickly from here.

would be great for us shareholders if that came to pass.

the government reneged on a contract, causing massive damage to Omega Diagnostics. you basically just treat the government as a non paying customer now and offer them a few home truths.

you tell them they have the machines back at their deinstallation cost, you also use the machines as a dumping ground ( if you get my meaning) for the few weeks prior to deinstallation.

its not businesslike , but it gets the sentiment over to the duplicitous w***ers that are HMG.

with regards a placing, i believe a new CEO may get one away if required, however CK does not have a credibility balance left for it to succeed.

all that effort with scaling up for HMG , to have zero comeback or no minimum order fulfillment was rather stupid. we knew many months ago that the government were not obliged to take anything. which of course made ODX the governments *****.

the fanfare with which the government announced the three companies back in April and it would seem only surescreen got a decent amount of moolah.

still, would seem persons other than colin are now looking at opportunities so we can now rest easily , albeit with an absolutely decimated share price.
i would like to see CK gone, he should pay the price for this disaster.

Omega Diagnostics is a majority held of PI's , no institutional holdings that i am aware of , doubt too many PI's will put up with any more "coming soon" or "regularly speaking to DHSC" flim flam...

indeed, if he fails to come up with anything, time for him to go.

this has all gone on for far too long, he has a significant salary and since April of this Year, we have been misguided at best, mislead at worst.
