Chid you can't actually have too much co2 practically speaking. Co2 concentrations are 0.04%, even if we burned through all oil and gas and coal we couldn't push them much over 0.1%. Since co2 absorption of infra red is logarithmic it's basically saturated at the current level so the impact of further emissions on climate is essentially zilch. W3 should actually pay ppl to emit co2 since the only impacts are higher agricultural yields and facilitating life on earth of for 10s millions of years more.
