Guns I don't understand what point you are making. Africa is poor and it's agricultural industry not what it should be, for two reasons to do with the EU. One it's markets are flooded with subsidised goods from Europe, two it has trouble accessing EU export markets due to rules/regulations. I don't think that's controversial.
