Well done all lth the decision wasn't awful. Hopefully no there is no devil in the detail. I don't think ppl should be too celebratory. The bank has furnished ppl with loans for cars, there is clearly no significant injury. Yet the sector is still looking at a 15bn bill. Something is seriously wrong when an activist judiciary can pull a fictitious bill practically from thin air. The bill should be close to 0bn.

67 yr assuming we still have rule of law and not rule of activist judges. As we've seen in other areas of life, law is now essentially whatever the judiciary feel it should be. So I would really expect the worst, as they'll side with what they perceived to be the underdog, being a rabble of leftist Marxists. I hope I'm wrong but fear I'm not.

My advice is sell. Anyone thinking Lloyds would get a favourable should imagine Lloyds is a father in a family court. The chances of success are about the same. I'd expect the bank to lose the home, and be paying the ex half his income while she shacks up with her gym instructor. Perhaps I'm being overly pessimistic.
