Lol..last seen in sunny (and icy I hear) Wakefield West Yorkshire..now residing in cloudy but 28 degrees Philippines.
Need the heat for my old joints. Fondly remember the spring back there though. My favourite time of year.
You appreciate things more when youve left them behind.
Hi fulmar! A bit busy here at the moment..what with pulling out coconut trees, landscaping and starting a house build project in the middle of the rainy season..much fun and much stress in equal amounts.
Dont post as much these days but still try to read here as much as possible, as with my other 3 stocks, which are all showing good gains and much promise. Long may it continue.
Been a long wait here, much more so for others I know, so its great to be getting closer to a (hopefully big) pay day.
Thanks to all the excellent posters here, who keep me and others who dont always have the time for research, so well informed.
Full trust in Nick and Remy to do the business for us all.
Almost time for a chilled red horse or two (favourite beer)
Keep chilled, keep the faith and keep safe.
We really need our sales force in USA to increase.
Watched Biden speaking on CNN news this morning in my part of the world, 8 hours ahead of UK.
Unfortunately hes decided to use rapid tests for schools..not sure wether its antigen or antibody but he also mentioned using more PCR tests and referred to it as the gold standard test.
Happy days for NCYT if we can get a share of that 50 billion USD!
We all know its been rushed. What should take up to 10 years has been rushed out in months and whats the motivation of politicians exactly? To think its genuine concern about saving lives is naive. Its all about saving the economy and it all feels like being part of a big experiment to me.
Genuinely hope its harmless and effective in helping rid of this awful virus but not willing to be a government guinea pig.
IMO its wiser to wait a good few months or a year before deciding to take it if your not in a high risk category.
Most will be waiting that long anyway.
Not sure about careworkers refusing it though. Maybe they have a duty to protect the elderly and vulnerable.
Free choice though..not an easy decision.
Cattleman..I think your right about Nick being a decent guy with the best interests of shareholders at heart. Thats what my gut feeling is telling me.
Being a decent chap doesnt mean that he is a pushover either.
You just have to look at his history. Hes had to deal with some very dodgy characters and managed to keep his integrity intact.
Not perfect I know and shouldnt have agreed to doing further shareholder calls. Wouldnt be a good idea anyway during an EA and tricky negotiations.
I reckon much smarter than Boris..and a couple of steps further up the evolutionary ladder.
I love Europe..mostly for its amazing cultural diversity. The EU though is another matter. I think it will ultimately fail by trying to homogenise those cultures.
I get the feeling that the quango European parliament politicians, esp from France, (not the lovely ordinary french folk), would like to give the UK a bloody nose for having the audacity to stand up for their principles and trying to escape.
Lets see what happens at the end of our 48 hour isolation..hopefully sense will prevail..after all the new mutation is already in three other countries (that we know of) and theres another new mutation in SA plus obviously more to come.
On a lighter note.. Isnt it nice to have so many new friends saying such nice things about our company today..and every time theres some good news.
Welcome friends from other shares not doing so well.
You should stay around long enough to benefit from a company thats going places...midcap places.
Well find out soon enough anyway.
A deal with AA might not necessarily be the best outcome if theyre looking for a lowball buyout, or cheap buy in. We have no proven tier 1 resource yet as far as I know.
Worst comes to worst, we should have enough money of our own to drill a good few more holes next year and get closer to, or strike the motherload and, esp if copper keeps in the right direction, plenty of majors will be lining up to pay us top dollar.
If we really can get a plant up running and making us a multi million pound income, then we can swiss cheese all the most promising areas.
Traders and those who need the money wont like it but, if need be, im happy enough to tuck my shares back in the bottom drawer under the unfashionable socks and ill fitting undies rather than take a poor deal.
Another year or two of drilling should (hopefully) tell us wether we are likely to see multiples on our investment.
Still lots to look forward to even without AA, so not putting all my hopes on a deal with them
That said..while patience is still needed..a buy out at 20p ps at this stage would be a very welcome Xmas or New Year present : )
(Very unlikely though imo).
Good luck all. Have a good (and safe) Christmas.
Agreed porky
Innacurate and exaggerated.
We (mid/long termers) have a good idea what to expect due to some fantastic research and dont need expectations to be ramped up out of all proportion.
That only leads to dissapointment in the long run.
Very relaxed here. Bring on 2021!
Like im sure a lot of investors here, I didnt have a clue about diagnostic companies (my experience is mainly with mining and exploration) before investing here.Im not a trader but my initial investment here was meant to be short term. The more I researched though and the more I read the posts of the many brilliant researchers and good sensible people here and on twitter, (big thanks to all) the more convinced Ive become of, not just how excellent this company is now but how excellent its prospects are 2, 3, 5, 10, 20 years from now.I have investments in some other companies with great prospects but I think of this as my banker..which is why Ive averaged down, even when I felt a bit uncomfortable, down into the 2s and averaged up into the high 9s. Never sold a single share and dont intend to do even a small derisk sell until were much closer to real value.Call it experience or just a hunch but something tells me this is as safe and potentially lucrative (risk v reward) share as your ever likely to get on the AIM and if I had funds, id still be buying.Good luck to anyone who has traded it successfully. Your in the minority im sure.It will occasionally be volatile though, so my best advice, esp for any newbies here, is keep your nerve, hold/accumulate as much as you can and put in the bottom drawer for a year or two, im pretty sure you wont be dissapointed. That said, dont just take my word for it. These are just my own thoughts and im far from infallible, so always DYOR and never invest money you cant afford to lose.Good luck/bonne chance! Not that we need it : )
