Hard does not mean strong. Hard materials are usually brittle: compare glass with plastic for example. All kinds of clever exceptions to this of course, but that's life! Thus large hard stones can be crushed into small hard fragments.

in knowing more about the value of big stones versus the fragments there of - can anyone give some clues? Google etc not much help. The Koh-I-Noor was about 800 carats uncut, about 105 cut, so what happened to the 700 carats that were "lost" in the cutting? Still hoping for some upside here as a along term holder. GLTA

Quite agree with Mrs Unhappy! Lots of us about have received very shoddy treatment from this co and its BOD, but do they care? What do you think? Not a lot is my guess. Not just their ears that need burning. Why can't the "Regulator" (toothless wonder that it is) or the SFO do something about the way such companies are run? BE WARNED: AIM is a dangerous place for the unwary.

. . . you rampers! One could suggest that the RNS looks like the company ramping itself - past history is not favourable for longevity of share price rises though. Ask the Capn of the Good Shup Stanelco. You may need long memories for that to make sense. He has long since sunk without trace.

One can only hope so! This co is still only worth about half what it was pre-cons. Not one of RHPS, or my, better buys. Glad I am out, but still watch out of interest to see if I am wrong yet again! GLTA holders, you brave people.

As Stanelco, it kept dropping. As BIOM before cons it kept dropping. As BIOM after cons it keeps dropping. All IMHO, but DYOR!

Report this co to the AIM "regulator"! If enough of us do that, he may take action, but don't hold your breath. I'm glad to be out of this sham, albeit at a loss.

is a mug's game for PIs. OK for dodgy BODs though - lack of regulation is tantamount to a government generated licence to print money or extract it from the unwise! Even TB appears to have given up on RHPS now - he is "retiring" from it! Where is the good Cap'n from the Stanelco days? Long since renamed, or sunk? I was tempted (a bit) to buy more of these to maintain my holding just above the minimum level required for the consolidation (scam?). Fortunately for me, wisdom and the large number of negative comments on this board et al, stopped me doing so - hence TGFT! A sorry end is probably in sight for all except those on the PM/BIOM gravy train - with no thanks at all to TB and RHPS who led some of us into this mess. AIM at present is clearly not the place to be, esp with RHPS recommendations - be warned all who enter here! These companies need regulation that is meaningful, not the current weak stuff that lets them get away with fleecing PIs whilst pocket lining big time.

I cannot find this notification - any clues will be appreciated. Perhaps it refers to the last info published about the shafting of small PIs using the "consolidation and cancellation" scam, about which I am not confident. Although the original ideas of this company looked good, my original investment has been eroded away to the level where they will throw it away for me - at no cost to me they say (returning value to the shareholder!). Which comedian writes their press releases? About as honest as Ken Dodd's tax returns used to be. Another translation of AIM is Avoid this Investment Market!

for small patient investors in this once hopeful company! Recommendation for all AIM investors now is to regard it as "Another Idiots Market". Regulation useless, BODs mostly untrustworthy, and ALL tipsters about as much use as a cardboard frying pan. Rant over, sorry. GLTA anyway.

Sorry to hear your tale of woe. Many many people have been sucked in to such stories about AIM shares (me too, but in a smaller way than you). The rags and posters that spout about these things - they know who they are - do not help you do anything except lose your cash if you believe what they say. All part of a steep and costly leaning curve. If anyone actually knew what was to happen with the price of a share, they would either be criminals (insider trading) or Mystic Meg. As always DYOR - and TRUST no one. GLTA.

Quite agree with previous two posts! Having a few k a while ago to play with, I put it into some of Tom's Tips: HUH! Three write offs, six 80% drops, and one winner - ANGM! Managed to sell half of that on a double and run the rest for free. This was just as well as "Anguish and Loss" (as was then) is now in admin. But then this is AIM, and WDIK? Just BEWARE! FDI was looking good, crushing its big coloured stones into small ones and so forth - ho ho ho ! Disenchanted with RHPS? Yep, I gave it up as it appeared to be less than helpful, to me at least. GLTA.
