Agreed, but and a big but, If the appeal is won and overturned, Flurospar as a critical mineral is an asset, that the Chinese, want and need.

Will we get confirmation of the sale of Catalyst Technologies or further delays, sale price reduction?

Will the full year dividend be held or increased?

Will the (sale) special dividend be announced?

Is the refinery on track?

Commissioning date?

Have costs risen further?

But no mention of phase 2 drilling. Have I missed something?

The delay to phase 1 gas sales due to awaiting parts and phase 2 drilling needs to be explained.

Has phase 2 been put into hibernation in favour of solar? Any update?

And of course wasn’t there previously mention of helium hydrogen exploration? Any update?

Share holders should demand an extraordinary meeting to get a full outlook and timeline based on today’s incompetent RNS.

Re final pieces of equipment.

Whilst there’s nothing but more bad news, the bit that irks me is the continued delay of first gas/sale. What are the ‘final parts of equipment’. Why the delay?

With the current world energy problems, Sound should have been proudly announcing our gas and drills.

Will we see gas and drill in 2026. I doubt it.

Successful drills to unlock Tendrara gas are now even more important to Morocco and Europe than even last week.

So the proposed deal is now worse off by ~ 400 million due to poor trading conditions 25/26 and yet in November everything was on track and going to plan. Must’ve been a bad couple of months trading for that price adjustment.

The deal is down by 400 million but as a result the market cap is down approximately 600 million at today’s closing.

And then the CEO purchases 100k this afternoon at £19.22.

Recent similar JMAT share buybacks only cushioned the SP rather than any more positive outcome.

Expect the same this time. If it happens.

So the RNS dated 20th November reports that the CT/Honeywell deal was proceeding well and expected completion first financial half 2026 at an agreed sale price and now they report delayed and sale (if progressed) at a reduced sale price.

How accurate was that half year RNS?

Any update on the new refinery progress? Delays? On budget?

Any unexpected profit downgrades will decimate the SP further.

I first invested here many years ago at a price far higher than today’s SP, solely on the Fluorspar project, which we know didn’t work out due to circumstances beyond managements control.

This could change.

The Fluorspar is still there.

Fluorspar Is still a critical mineral with a supply deficit to demand.

Our Stourman project combined with our recent ongoing success in Zambia make me strongly believe this will eventually prove a successful investment, especially with the mkt cap being so low.
