@GP, all that was stated in a reply to a member on here was "Early November" for results. The reason for the delay could be anything, but I feel it will be a positive reason. For a start our cash position should benefit the MCAP and additionally Wressle generating good revenue. Serenity news would be additional!

Exactly Hamster, there was no indication of contract cash or monies due for strong pipeline. A previous indication would have been of benefit. Like you say company had gobbled nearly £1M since Feb which means they'll have to raise or debt equity.

Unless they can tighten belt and cut the bleed.. OR show generous returns in profit, it'll have issues!

Cash burn rate is considerable, as of 30th Sep they're cash balance was 320K, and they raised £1M in Feb. Will have to see next financials, but they'll have to either raise or look elsewhere for cash.

Over 70% of this company is in sticky hands with Robin Totterman holding himself over 18%, (further enlarged now since Friday last). Aberdeen is/was one of those sticky hands and is selling up or done selling up. This could move very quickly with only a smidgen over 100M shares in issue.

I agree with you as well crumbs for the most part, but this isn't just Lindy's baby anymore, it's shareholders as well and they'd opt to let a larger company take it to higher plains through unlimited funding. Buyouts will happen when companies such as scancell are just on the brink of proving themselves. Shareholders know its worth and will expect a good value per share, especially those who've tuck with the company for a looong time.

Yep noticed it too, someones buying in 50k clumps last few days and topping off with large buys at end of day! Definitely a load up afoot here... all the more reason to believe someones in the know with regards to forward path of the company.

They may be wishing to release more good news and then do an interview.. otherwise I would assume they'd be releasing an interview with current deal.

Both were buys I'm sure by ways of order fill by the looks of it. You wouldn't have got that price for selling that many shares IMO.
