BOIL, Assets and who wants it!?7 Feb 2020 22:38
Ok, seems a lot of people have missed the point here...FORGET current sp, it's a rearview mirror jobbie and will be until BOIL is into >1p!
Simply because the Timor Leste asset isn't just about oil/gas it's about the value of the asset and to which country.. Most have overlooked the obvious, (unless already stated.. Can't be arsed to look through all the posts...BUT if someone's already posted it... due diligence to them).. Australia also wants the asset and it's what Timor Leste Govt. doesn't want!! I believe the BOIL BoD are aware of this and there maybe even a bidding war afoot behind the scenes. Australia lost out to the Greater Sunrise plot, BUT will it learn from it's mistakes and take up ours, (plus Sundagas's asset)! Very very possibly in my opinion.. the Ozzies cannot afford to miss-out again, It's an important natural resources addition to their growing North Western territories.
Think the BoD either wants to do a deal on their own for their percentage of the asset OR negotiating with Sundagas to sell as a package, and imo this deal will be agreed to before monies due to Sundagas!..So April!
So it's one of the following:
(A) Sundagas wants the asset & was hoping for the BOIL RTO, BOIL BoD wised up & pulled out!
(B) Timor Leste Govt is made/making an offer for the collective asset 100%
(C) T L Govt. has made an offer to BOIL for their percentage & a separate offer to Sundagas
(D) As (B) or (C), but instead of Timor Leste Govt. It's Australian asset who's made an offer
Either way, BOIL is in-line for a big payout, and they will not only be financially secure, (So no need for a placing), but will ample funds to forward other projects which are on the edge of fruition namely Peru, (most likely to be first & very soon IMO), Colter and so on..
Remember we are an exploration company, and we would rather explore, evaluate asset value and sell on for a greater price... it is the only thing that makes sense. Especially they're pulling from an RTO that would have benefited them! IMO they've been approached before they've committed to the RTO. DYOR!!! (<---Important, very)
