Odd how Colin has stated we can use the gov machines but he doesn’t know wether the contract had expired and what the gov plans where , so the gov has said yep use the machines but no idea on the contract . I personally think there’d is more to it , sure it will all come out soon

There was an extended stop date but know one can answer what the date was , which I find it highly unlikely it was the day before the interim results , CK needs to communicate ASAP about why we are all of a sudden in this position . The only up side I can read from the contract is that the pre production payment does not need to be paid back unless we went into phase 2 , but again Collin should clarify this as a matter of urgency ?

A few things to think about here
1. ODX can not legally sell a POC test in the uk at the moment any way until desk top approval (expected soon) so hopefully in 3 weeks time when the gov reassess hopefully go back to LFTs
2. If PCR only that will take 24/48hours before a result ? Why can’t they say LFT test as soon as arrival from any country ?
3. If this new variant is as bad as thought this bodes well for odx going forward and just maybe gives them more time to pull there fingers out ?

remember the first day we had a confirmed outbreak in the uk of covid , look where we ended up . Not saying this will happen with the new variant but if it is half as bad and the vaccines don’t work as well then going forward things should get interesting for omega ???

Your missing the point sharabel, did you listen to the presentation, that obviously came after the RNS so was the latest information. Colin clearly said in discussions regarding the use of the machines , so as of 5pm Thursday they had know idea weather they could or couldn’t .

Not disputing that it wasn’t in the report , but the latest on the gov machines usage was in the presentation and he clearly said they are in discussions regarding the use of them there was no definitive answer. So that news obviously affected the SP toady . It clearly won’t make the SP sky rocket on Monday but to me it’s a small positive going forward

We only found out 24 hours ago we the gov contract had expired , and we all know omega cannot use the gov machines for there own test /use , so the news tonight is a small positive , because as of close of today know one knew weather omega would be able to use full capacity ie gov machines . As far as some were aware the machines may have had to be removed when the contract expired /cancelled or ended

In odx shambles of a presentation ck said they were in discussions with the gov as to weather they could use the machines for there own commercial use . So to me the to tweet that statement tonight must mean they have had clarification in the last 24h from gov !
Another question , if they here having discussions regarding using the machines does that mean they are expecting to use them for some good size orders ? Hopefully all will be revealed soon

The original Twitter poster is being cryptic about it all , I did see the original video of it and 2 other pictures he put up at the time , I believe he may have info or access to the coding / website design or know someone who is involved with that . Time will tell

In 2 minds , why is there no heading bar for battery , signal and time ect , but then on the other hand it looks professional and who would spend all that time and effort doing that and for what reason , it didn’t effect the share price either hmmmmmm
