This will fly tomorrow before anyone has chance to buy. The whole system (I’m not just talking shares) is rigged to benefit the already wealthy. Don’t buy into it. Do your own thing,
I have been watching this carefully, as have many others. Suddenly, after close today loads of rampers appear. It’s almost like they know the sp is going to increase tomorrow but you would have to previously own shares to benefit from it. Let’s wait and see what happens but in my opinion it looks like market manipulation. The people organising it will be very wealthy.
When we click on your name we can read your previous posts stating that a US or other company are about to takeover CINE. You shouldn’t write unsubstantiated comments like this as though they are facts. Some people may believe you.
I’m in profit was posted by me earlier today. I sold and took the small profit. I haven’t got a clue what is happening here. It’s either about to bounce or fall flat on it’s face. I’m not prepared to gamble with my money on such an unknown. I usually do the opposite to what’s expected and it comes out well. I have never been so confused as I am right now. If you look at other shares it seems like the whole lot are about to crash. I think I’m going to sell everything in the morning and sit and watch. I won’t gain but I also won’t lose - except for inflation.
Shares are all about psychology. In my opinion this is oversold and I expect it to increase from here.
If you click on share trades you can see if they are A-automatic (computer) or O -order (individual investor). The blue for buy and red for sell aren’t always reliable but are a reasonable indicator. Most of the orders are buys and most sells are A.
If this was going to file for bankruptcy it would have done so without announcing that it was considering filing for bankruptcy.
How many times have we been caught out by companies diluting shares unannounced after releasing some good results?
In my opinion there is another rescue plan in the pipeline, such as a buyout and at the moment they’re hoovering up a large stake at a very cheap price.
Ignore the one time posters with an agenda. A reasonable news article is https://www.cnn.com/2022/08/22/media/regal-cinemas-cineworld-possible-bankruptcy/index.html
The word ‘may’ means exactly what it says. Also there are several other options available. In times of hardship people used to treat themselves on cheap events like the cinema and cosmetics. Could be about to happen again. Much cheaper than a foreign holiday but still get the feel good factor.
For what it’s worth I just bought some. Let’s see what happens.
Dream person is autocorrect for derampers
This is a fascinating study in human behaviour. There are people like myself who don’t have any shares observing what’s happening. There are lots of posts, including this one, trying to offer an insight.
I can understand holders wanting to make positive comments but can’t understand the considerable number of dream person. Such as ‘this will soon be 1p’. Are these shorters or have they an alternative agenda.
I would not be surprised to see an RNS announcement saying that a refinancing package has been arranged and the price shoots up. Meanwhile those in the know have scooped up shares at less than 3p.
Genuine commiserations for those out of pocket but in my opinion this could soon go up.
Despite director buys and Fackelmann I don’t think either is big enough to save this.. I think we’re heading for a depression. Hold on to your hats.
Learning very quickly that you can lose a lot quickly even at 4p
Just sat here watching and trying to learn. I bought into shares on March 2020 after the big fall. Following this the ftse recovered and I made a profit. This was from doing the opposite of what many others were doing, who in my opinion had over reacted.
CINE has tanked just like global shares did with COVID. However, I can’t see how the price can recover. Isn’t it simply a dilution of shares to raise funds or go bankrupt. I appreciate that day traders may profit from swings in the sp but surely long term this is only going down?
I’d really appreciate any suggestions for how this could improve long term.
Selling my shares in Dark recently is one of my regrets. Good luck to all those still holding.
Last year interim results were 21st Aug and the year previously was 20th Aug. I’m expecting interim results to be announced soon and hopefully an uplifting in sp if it’s encouraging news.
Happy days, made 27% profit on this in less than a month. Can’t easily get that rate from any of the savings accounts that Martin Lewis advertises.
I’m out of this again for the near future. If the Chief Strategy Officer doesn’t have confidence in her investment then neither do I.
More like a pop than a boom. This is sinking like a stone. Read the small print in the KID produced by JPM and you wouldn’t go anywhere near this. Your investment could very easily be reduced to zero.
Isn’t the slight drop more likely to be due to a member of the board selling some shares?
