The MCap is just £20M and we own 100% of CC. Reserves report very likely inhand and we are on the cusp of retiring the senior credit facility and accessing the $10M for a surface facility upgrade that we have permitted for. As soon as the JV is announced the partner will get preparations for an immediate deep fed drill - permits in hand. The JV will possibly fund our CC stimulations too.

We all know this is silly cheap. Just waiting on the JV and RBL to land - the order is unknown

However, £20M is cheap and however one looks at it if we retire the credit facility and are loaned the money for a surface facility upgrade then we should be looking at 3,500 bopd this year alone. Black Stout is right we are probably at break this month and we still were loaned $3.2M in December for site activities. All will be revealed soon for that there is no doubt

I'm pretty sure our JVP will want to sink shallow horizontal drills into CC to smash the 300M barrels of OiP

Regarding CC it's 100% COPL owned across 8,000 acres with three potential pay zones and flows 130bopd unstimulated. That is 100% not factored into to any such presemt MCap valuation.

This game changing news was announced on Jan 23rd. We've had some disturbing weather since December. However, this was experienced during the last recompletion well and still only took three weeks. It's been six weeks now since the announcement. The second recompletion is 0.5 miles upstream. Here, we were targetting the intermediate sand section of the three oil bearing strata (about 150-200m BGL). The market is waiting for confirmation of finance/JVP/RBL. The 2022 reserves report will exclude the 'game changer'
